but try warm compress ,it will help to reduce the pain.
when it starts to draining ,wash it with antibacterial soap until all the pus is gone .

wear loose fitting Cotton clothes.
keep that area clean and dry
apply Calamine lotion on it.
keep your body well hydrated
maintain good hygiene
