#asktheexpert hello dr. I m a mother of 7 month old boy I got my 1st period after 5 month of my c section in got 2nd on 6th month but I don't have any periods on this month and not having pregnancy also it is normal or I have to consult a dr. near me

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. if it is confirmed that you are not pregnant then nothing to worry about as after delivery the periods may remain irregular for about 1 year suggest be careful to use proper contraceptive method

It is normal once you resume with your periods initial six months can be little upside down sometimes you may have periods properly sometimes it could be imbalance sometimes would be more or less but if you are not getting your period for a longer duration now then check with your doctor as it could be due to hormonal imbalance
