#AskTheExpert Hello Dr., I have Posterior upper segment placental calcification(+) Maturity level Grade 3. Is everything Normal or any problem in it please tell me. I check on google it says that the grade 3 calcification is complicated. Is that true?I am a 38th Week Pregnant from tommorow onwards.Will I have a normal delivery? please reply me asap.

A. Hello dear No need to worry. These changes are consistent with 37 weeks of pregnancy. If these changes come around 30 weeks only then it is a matter of concern.
