#asktheexpert hello Dr. before pregnancy mera weight about 49-50 tha after pregnancy mera weight 59 ho gya hai 2 years se try kar rahi hu weight loss nahi ho raha suggest me kya karu?

A. Dear mum, to reduce your weight, apart from healthy eating, you should also exercise every day for 45 to 60 minutes. Avoid junk foods. Have a balanced diet having variety of food groups. Have lean proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseed. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake. Exercise for 45 to 60 minutes every day and have an active lifestyle.
