Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. it is crucial to ensure that children receive an adequate amount of iron in their diets to support their growth and development. in india, some iron-rich foods that can be included in children's diet include lentils, beans, green leafy vegetables (such as spinach and fenugreek), nuts and seeds, fortified cereals, meats (such as chicken and fish), and dried fruits (such as apricots and raisins). incorporating these foods into children's meals can help prevent iron deficiency and its associated health issues, such as anemia. it is essential to xconsult with a healthcare provider or nutritionist to determine the proper amount of iron intake for each child based on their individual needs.
