my HB level is 8.8mg what to do to increase my HB level

Shabnam SheikhMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hi... usually it is suggested for food which is iron rich.. 8 is too low to rely on food alone.. u need to take medication. also if you are breastfeeding such lower levels mean too much exhaustion.. so ensure taking iron tablets with lemon water or vit C tablet.. till you Hb is atleast 11 or 12
