#AskTheExpert Hello doctor she hasn't freshed up since yesterday else she used to do it daily.Is that normal if no then what can be done so that she freshens up?

usually it is normal.
please keep your child well hydrated
offer fiber rich food like green leafy vegetables, tomatoes soup, prune juice, fruit like pear papaya plum banana etc to your child
give Massage to your child daily
give Massage on stomach in clock wise direction with firm hands.
maintain good hygiene
