seems you have nutritional deficiencies.
so ,I advise to take Healthy and well blanaced diet.
take green veggies, fresh fruits,nuts , pulses, beans, dairy products etc in your diet
avoid drinking RO water as it can lead to deficiency of vitamin D and vitamin B12.
take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day
take enough rest .
