#AskTheExpert Hello Doctor My son is 3 years 6 months old but he talks very little. He knows everything but does his work by gestures only. But he read all the alphabet, numbers, colors. But didn't speak any sentence or word apart from that. Please advise.

If you are so concerned about this matter so then I would suggest you to better take help of a nearby doctor who can tell after a proper detailed examination about the problem involved in this .and speech therapy helps
