Q.

#asktheexpert my 2 years 3 months boy talks gibberish, we don't understand what he talks also keeps on repeating, is this normal?

A. Send maybe your child is actually willing to talk and trying to say something communicate something but you are unable to understand it so try to see if your child is showing any kind of a hand gesture or something with that and also if you require consult a speech therapist one time

A. Hello good morning !! Generally babies start speaking words around 1-1.5 years old few words clearly 30-50 words. By 2-2.5 years old speaks clearly meaningfully around 80-100 words small sentences . Check if baby trying to speak small words correctly like saying water by identifying or asking her need,calling by relation or name,responding to commands ,giving direct eye contact ... If any delay then consult paediatrician for assessment.
