A. hi as mother's milk is best food for a child, please breastfeed your child at least one year age. to increase your breastmilk supply , offer plenty of feeds because the more your child latches, the more milk is produced. massage your breasts with coconut oil. take healthy and well blanaced diet keep your body well hydrated. make sure your child latches properly. you can take leptadin tablet or shatavary granular with warm milk for this. stay stress free.
