A. If the kid is active and is eating well and is comfortable, then there is nothing to worry about. Give plain nuts like almonds, walnuts, cashew nuts, peanuts, raisins etc. Give fruit milkshakes and fruit smoothies and add dry fruits powder to them. Give one boiled egg per day. Give lentils like moong Dal and urad Dal. Give ragi in the form of idlis, porridge, cereals, dosa etc. Give peanut butter and almond milk. Give potatoes and sweet potatoes. Add ghee in small amounts to your kid's meals. Give cheese sandwich and curd made from whole milk. Give bananas, avocados and pears.
