Hello ma’am Spitting and vomiting is completely normal with kids so don’t worry about that but if you’re talking about some peculiar sound and which is happening on an every day basis and you feel something is wrong with your child because of those sounds or a discomfort to your child then you may please as well consult your paediatrician ones
