#AskTheExpert Hello doctor I had my c section in the month of march...How much time it will take to cure my inside stiches totally and when should i go to my normal life...Can i do any simple exercises..

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. you can have normal activities after two months after cesarean section but for doing any exercises there must be a gap of at least 6 months for the phone to heal properly

Give adequate feeding
Burp well after every feeding
Maintain hygiene
