#asktheexpert hello doctor.. i got anal fissure after normal delivery since last 2 months... severe constipation is there... i tried all homeopathy,ayurvedic even allopathic... its reduces for days after it comes... bleeding also there... could you please guide me further what to do to resolve it permanently??

It can be resolved with the help of proper medication rather than this the only thing you can do is add more fiber food in your regular diet plan. Fibre rich food help to pass stool easily and once it help then you can I stop your medication. So try to take papaya regularly and other fiber food.
