-Increasing your fluid intake can help soften your stools. 8 glasses of water a day. Only drink water with meals rather than juice, anfmd other beverage.
-Regular exercise can help reduce anal fissures as it prevents constipation.
- Use Xylocaine Topical anesthetics, can be used before a bowel movement to reduce pain caused by anal fissures.
-Do consult your doctor for medication and further management.
