#AskTheExpert hello doctor..good morning 😊 it's my first pragnancy & 5th month will b start from 11th September. my weight is 45 kg now....in first trimester i didn't eat roti ...i just took banana & some days aaloo pratha now I like to eat aaloo pratha with dahi...golgappe ...poha ..namkeen jwey.....I don't like to eat any daal .... my concern is hows will be my baby health? & my tummy is no too much outside ..so will it be come out or not or when???

A. do take protein supplement. Take plenty of water or fluid intake, lods Of green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits, dry fruits n nuts, milk n milk products and a good source of protein . Continue taking iron and folic acid tablets, n calcium tablets is important supplement in pregnancy.

A. golgappe and namkeen...are food cravings in pregnancy but avoid dear.. as you may get digestion issues.. take a diet chart from nutritionist for the baby healthy growth and development..
