No This product is hundred percent safe you can have it for 3 to 6 months if you need to if it helps in increasing your lactation then good for it otherwise you can go ahead with fenugreek capsule and also they are supposed to be quite nice to increase the breastfeeding for a mother so you can try that also if you want to
