5D Sonography of the pelvis was performed.
LMP:05-12-2020
GA(LMP):8 W 5 D
URINARY BLADDER is normally distended. The walls appear normal. No obvious calculus /
mass lesion is seen.
UTERUS is enlarged and gravid. Note is made of a 29 mm intra-mural fibroid in right lateral myometrium.
Single intrauterine gestational sac is seen.
Yolk sac is seen.
Single live intrauterine embryo is seen.
CRL measures 19 mm (8 weeks 4 day). EDD by ultrasound is 12-09-2021
Cardiac activity is seen. Heart Rate measures 171 BPM.
Internal os is closed. Cervical length is within normal limits.
Both adnexa are unremarkable.
No free fluid is seen in the cul-de-sac.
Right ovary measures 35 X 20 mm, Left ovary measures 34 X 10 mm. Small 24 mm cystic area is seen in right adnexa s/o para-ovarian cyst.
IMPRESSION: SINGLE LIVE INTRAUTERINE PREGNANCY OF 8 WEEKS 4 DAYS
GESTATIONAL AGE
ADV: FOLLOW UP AT 11-14 WEEKS OF GESTATION FOR NUCHAL TRANSLUCENCY, FETAL NASAL BONE AND TRICUSPID REGURGITATION / FETAL DUCTUS VENOSUS FLOW
Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. good morning the report that you have attached cannot be seen here however I would recommend that once you should definitely visit your gynecologist for a proper clinical examination so that the heartbeat of the child and the blood pressure etc of the mother can be checked
