#AskTheExpert hello doc, my daughter is 5yrs old,,since birth(through C-Section) having constipation issue I am giving her Himalaya's "live 52" syrup + cypon syrup alternatively to increase her appetite and improve on digestion.. pls give ur valuable advice on this

. they are type of medicines which will give side effects to the child in the long run and it is not advisable to give them.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. if you are concern regarding this query for this it is better to take guidance with your doctor and doctor will give you all clarification regarding your query so you can consult your doctor once if there is constipation give plenty of liquids along with high fibre in the diet whibgch is very important things to be avoided which causes constipation like milk banana and maida then consult the doc
