#asktheexpert hello doc my baby is 6mnth now as i have started his solid now like apple pure carrot rice but his facing constipation issue can I give hi beetroot puree as he don't like to have papaya ..if yes than what should be the quantity ..

A. hibparent u can give more oral fluids evn water , common to have slight difficulty in passing stools, as they are started in weaning foods , u can guve fibre diet like ragi as well
