#asktheexperts can i feed boiled carrot beet and apple pure daily to my 6 month old baby?? how many times should i feed him with solid food,

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. yes you can feed, At 6 months, baby needs one meal only. Start veggies steamed & mashed, porridges or fruits.Baby food must be soft, properly cooked and easy to chew.
Start with a very small quantity and slowly increase the portion.
Weaning food must be a single grain food.
