#AskTheExpert Hello dear ma'am I'm mother of 2 babies ..1 is 9 months old and other is 19 months... i have sometimes back pain and less energy... if i cough my pee flows (2-3 drops) my bladder is very weak now... I do not have time for myself , i feel very tired sometimes..how to make daily schedule with 2 babies ..me my husband and babies nuclear family..
