#AskTheExpert hello dctr , Im a mom of 2 1/2 yr kid n 6 1/2 month baby n I want to loose my weight as well as my waist n belly fat prblm n even sagging prblm .plzzzzzz mam help me out these issues plzz

A. Hello mom, Do exercise at least half an hour to one hour daily. Avoid fatty food items. Eat steaming foods morning and night. Take more vegetables and fruits in your daily diet it will helps to a lot to reducing your weight. For sagging take olive oil two spoons and half lemon mix it both well and massage it daily. Drink plenty of water per day. Keep your self healthy and hydrated. Thank you have a great day..
