#AskTheExpert Hello...am mom of 4 yr old baby. Had C -section in Aug 2020 & having severe back pain since from last 1 month. cannot bend & do any work .please suggest

I suggest you please consult with your gynecologist about this matter because physical examination is important for proper dignosise and treatment
please take daily sun light exposure
please avoid RO water
