A. Dear mum, you should be having a balanced diet having variety of food groups. Have all types of fruits and vegetables. Have proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from nuts like almonds, flaxseed. Non veg foods like meat, chicken, fish. Have adequate water intake.
