SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr old girl4 years agoA. Hi dear it's common after delivery. Have milk twice or thrice a day. It is a good source of calcium. Add ghee to your daily food. Have proper three meals day without skipping. Have nuts frequently and nuts milkshake.
