you can gently rub and massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth to increase blood circulation and hasten the eruption process.
also you can give your baby chilled silicon teething rings to chew on.

This is due to teething.
Give ur baby teethers as they put pressure on gums and give relief to baby from pain and itching. U can also massage ur baby gums using ur finger. Take care
