Shabnam SheikhMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Just roast ajwain, tie it in a thin muslin cloth. U can make it like a potli and slowly give that sek on the chest of ur baby. Make sure it isn't very hot. Or u can keep this potli near to her pillow.. the smell can help to relieve blocked nose.
