take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day.
eat healthy diet.

Heat coconut oil and add curry leaves and leave for a day or two in oil you czn filter the oil store it and use it. You can get kesavzrdini oil mix with coocnut oil and use it regularly. Take care in your diet too.. I think this should help you
