There is nutrient loss from body after delivery. So need to take healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups to recover from weakness after delivery..
Eat what is cooked at home..
Include egg, ghee, dry fruits, milk, fresh fruit juice, soup, seasonal fruits and vegetables in ur diet.
