ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. till 6 month only breast milk is good. Gripe water should not be used in babies, because of their ingredients contains in it . and breast milk has sufficient water so not neede to give before 6 month

Hi mommy No It contains harmful chemicals Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs regularly it also help baby to make muscle stronger and to reduce gas and constipation
