A. if a child is hiting or biting others ,you must tell him /her that it hurts others. but please don't scold or yell at your child. say it in firm voice. please stay calm consistent and positive. try to distract your child by giving toys or activities. or take your child away from the particular situation. teach some techniques like if he or she feel angry ,ask your child to start drawing whatever he or she wants . have a talk with your child and tell stories on the harmful effects of getting angry and doing anything worng in anger is bad and not considered as good. give positive reward like sticker of star smiles etc whenever he or she behaves well.

A. hi mam, sorry but it seems that you are thinking too much. mam, kids don't have fully developed expressive vocabulary as we adults have so they get frustrated and angry easily. it is normal. as a parent ,it is our duty to teach them how to express feelings in better way and how to cope up with such emotions. so first please spend quality time with your child which will help to calm down your child. you must limit your child screen time.
