#AskTheExpert good morning sir my self Advocate Afreen A. k I'm a new mom now a days i am facing shortage of breast milk for my son... I m thinking to take galact granules to increase breast milk .. kindly suggest me... what better I can do to Satisfiedly feed to my son .

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 11 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom Yes u can start with galact powder or himalaya shatavari with warm milk twice a day to increase bm. The more you feed the more milk production will be there. Drink plenty of water and adequate milk to improve lactation. take care and all the best
