#AskTheExpert good morning sir my self Advocate Afreen A. k I'm a new mom now a days i am facing shortage of breast milk for my son... I m thinking to take galact granules to increase breast milk .. kindly suggest me... what better I can do to Satisfiedly feed to my son .

Yes u can start with galact powder or himalaya shatavari with warm milk twice a day to increase bm. The more you feed the more milk production will be there.
Drink plenty of water and adequate milk to improve lactation.
