Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi stop introducing new food for now give natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc keep your child well hydrated continue with breastfeeding. give Massage to your child everyday give Massage on stomach in clockwise direction with firm hands. move your child legs in cycling motions.
