ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. baby is 6 month of age Constipation is common in exclusively breastfed babies feed the baby in sitting and c arm position burp everytime after feeding do cycling exercise wait till 10 days if the problem perissts kindly consult your doctor

Exclusively breastfed babies might not be passing stools even for a week, it is normal as long as your baby is active and normal. Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby well on demand, use Babyhug tummy roll on. Give good tummy time everyday. Speak to your doctor for further advice.
