#AskTheExpert ..good morning. my 5 months old son just fell down from the bed and got a bump on his head. i applied cold water press on the area. i am worried if anything else would happen because of it. please suggest

No projectile vomiting
No fit
No altered sensorium
No scalp bleeding, swelling
Then no need to worry
Just observe ur baby for atleast 48 hrs
If any of above signs
Then visit ur nearest pediatrician immediately
