#AskTheExpert good morning mam, am 23 year old and expecting my first child. I get a severe pain in my lower abdomen and from past 2 weeks experiencing dizziness. why is that happening? is it something new in pregnancy or its common??

See A little bit of pain sometimes is normal but not every time if you are having pain all the time in your lower abdomen then that’s not good and also since you’re saying that you’re feeling dizziness and all that’s probably because the body is increasing there is too much of heat in the weather it could be due to that also but you please consult your gynaecologist once
