Q.

#AskTheExpert Good morning madam..Bleeding stopped on 35th day after delivery...but again spot was seen yesterday on 48th day..is it normal?? Again I am not allowed to eat curries which are prepared using tomato and onion..I am allowed to eat only gourd related vegetables..shall I eat all veggies?? what can I prefer in nonveg items??

A. hi mom bleeding can be irregular during lactation period if any issue or symptoms or pain can show to doctor you can eat everything have good proteins. variety of vegetables and fresh fruits and hydrate yourself well for better quality of milk stay safe
