#asktheexpert Good morning ma'am My 1 year 1 month old baby boy has not walked by his own till now.. He only can stand up by pulling everything.. and can walk if anyone hold his both shoulder.. Is it normal? at what age he can walk without support

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. walking with support will come any time between 9 months to 15 months of age.
walking without support will come maximzum by 18 months of age so before that there is no need to worry and you have to juszt continue regular diet of the child( food made from cereals pulses fruits veggies milk) as well as baby massage and regular massage will also help in improving the muscle strength which will help in walking. regular encouragement for the child to walk
