#AskTheExpert good morning doctor, my twins daughter are 4.5 yrs old and weigh around 13 kg.Is this weight ok as they are quite active ..any suggestions to increase their weight..also they were born with calcium deficiency..should I get them checked again for the same..any test you suggest?

A. give Sunbath for 20 minutes a day

A. hi yes ,as weight is low ,you need to check it for once again. give Healthy diet which includes dry fruits, fruits , different pulses and beans , dairy products etc
