Q.

#asktheexpert My babies are twins. They birth weights are 1.7 and 1.8. They are 4 months old now. They are above 5kgs. Is this normal weight for them. They should be still treated as prematured or normal babies. From which month should I start solids. Which foods are good to start.

A. Hello mom as far as they are gaining weight gradually it is fine not to worry on that , when they are able to balance their head and also able to sit even with support without much discomfort and stress you can start weaning foods.

A. Oh your child or your rather kids are gaining a very healthy variant a minimum minimum gain for an average average child is about 500 g in a month your kids are gaining way better than that in four months so need not worry about it and the journey for semi solid can be sorted after completing time of six months itself
