#asktheexperts hello doctor my twins are now 3years old and they every healthy food fruits nuts millets but even all this they dont gain weight they are only 11.2 kg something is there any tonics that helps them in gaining weight

A. Dear mom, avoid any medicines or tonic to gain weight. instead give healthy nutrious food . include weight gaining foods like potato, sweet potato, whole grains like ragi , milk and kill products like cheese , paneer , nuts powder , ghee, seasonal fruits and vegetables. avoid processed and packaged foods. give small and frequent meals avoid force feeding.

A. Hi parent Take sunbath daily with their head and ears covered Don't use RO water as it's demineralized Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350. Give more probiotics Give more citrus Fruits Don't over use senitizer anti bacterials and antibiotics
