#AskTheExpert good morning doctor my son is 20 months old. he is not talking anything till now. he understands everything and whatever we ask he shows with hands and that too correctly but he is not talking. he is active and happy baby. pls let me know how to make him to talk.

my baby is able to talk now almost everything we say. He reads alphabets, numbers also.
