#asktheexpert Good morning doctor, My daughter is 8 years and 11 months. She keeps on having cough and cold occasionally. Otherwise very active .Can you suggest any supplement as immunity booster. Thanks

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonfual flu where most of the time supportive treatment is given.
along with that cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine given.
steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.
