Give well balanced diet including all five healthy food groups: vegetables, fruit, grain foods, dairy and protein. Avoid foods high in salt, saturated fat and sugar, foods low in fibre and nutrients, and drinks with caffeine or lots of sugar.

Some babies don’t gain weight easily what is the cases if your baby is active and taking proper meals on time then everything is fine and nothing to worry about so you should definitely not worry about it at all and try to give daily routine food to your baby and also start giving banana shake every morning it will help in increasing babies weight
