Hello mom You need to be very careful in regards to the flavour of the food it shouldn’t be very much high in spices or other flavours should be mildly apart from that you can give vegetable soup ,curds and butter milk as that is quite good for them in fruits seasonal can be given , it would be good enough to give porridge made of Suji or you can give Idli as well

you can give easily digestible Food like curd rice khichdi vegetable soup upma daliya mashes etc
please keep your child well hydrated with more liquid diet like fresh curd buttermilk lassi curry nimbu pani coconut water etc
