#asktheexpert Good evening sir My daughter was 4 years old she is frequently complaining leg pains max 3 to 4 times per month.. I consult pediatrician but he says it is common its growing pains.reallyit is common or any health issues is there please give me suggestions.

A. Growth pain is considered very normal for kids that’s actually there to be seen from the age of almost 3 to 4 years for a lot of kids or rather I should actually say most of the kids go through the situation but it is very normal you can start with calcium and vitamin D3 supplement for the time being that is very beneficial in massaging the leg is also going to be good
