#asktheexpert Gets cold whenever it rains even if staying indoors...Any solution for this?

A. it appears to be allergic cough/cold. they can be associated with temperature variations around the body (hot to cold or cold to hot environmental changes) which the body cannot sustain leading to cough usually at evening /night and morning. requires examination and start anti allergic medicines. meet dr and prevent such temperature variations. there is a possibility of starting anti allergic medicines for at least one month and the doctor will decide if the child needs inhaler tvherapy or nebulization. when allergies are not controlled they can lead to intermittent respiratory infections which needs other medicine

A. hello it can be due to the weather and the immunity being low try to give your child in immunity increasing food in the diet and especially vitamin rich food which will improve the immunity in kid and you can put saline drop or use instant rub from babyhug
