#asktheexpert For the past few days I am facing pain at my lower back on the left tail bone which makes me difficult to walk properly. I am on my 11 weeks of pregnancy kindly advice why am i getting so and how to relief that pain

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist1 Year agoA. That will be lots of hormonal changes happening, and that will cause the loosening of joints which will cause the pain. You can use a pregnancy support belt in that area to give you support.

SanthoshiMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. Back pian is common during pregnancy but however I feel and suggest It's better to check with your doctor and follow their advise. That would be one of the best and safest option for you as of now as doctors know our health n body well
